Promise Park

In collaboration with the celebrated Korean artist, Moon Kyungwon, a large scale Nishijin carpet was developed; roughly 17m by 17m in size. Visitors were encouraged to step onto the carpet and enjoy a “stroll” as though walking through a park, in which a plethora of information was concentrated into one complex weaving of pattern, texture, color, lighting, sound, and more.
